GIT Lists on CHINEXT
July 2015

Global Infotech Co., Ltd (GIT) is the 2^nd company in OWW portfolio to list on China's CHINEXT (stock code: 300465) in May 2015. GIT was voted 8^th on the list of 2015 China's most influential IT transformation services providers top 100 ranking by Internet Weekly.

OWW's first portfolio to list on CHINEXT in 2011 was Hand Enterprise Solutions Co. Ltd (Hand) (stock code: 300170). Like Hand, OWW originally invested in a wholly foreign-owned enterprise ("WFOE") Global Infotech Holdings Ltd which was restructured into GIT, a sino-foreign JV company in China and converted into a joint stock company.

Other than OWW holding 10.8% GIT has another foreign strategic investor Singapore listed Silverlake Axis Limited holding 20.3%. Both are subject to 1 year moratorium from IPO date.

As at 31 July 2015, GIT's market capitalization was RMB9.3Bil compared to RMB1.5Bil at IPO.

OWW has one other portfolio company applying for listing in China.
