Allen has been involved in the Food and Agriculture industry in USA and Greater China for more than 20 years.  He played a key operational role in Speedling Inc, a USA based horticulture seedling company, and expanded its operations into 8 modern nurseries in China.  He also consulted for several companies in Greater China with emphasis in Food and Agriculture industries including China Development Industrial Bank, Speedling Inc, Taiwan Sugar Corporation, China National Tobacco Corporation.  He is Senior Advisor of California Institute of Food & Agriculture Research at University of California - Davis.
