At OWW: Louis joined OWW in 2014 and responsible for identifying, evaluating,
structuring and monitoring of investments. Before OWW: Louis was an Investment Manager with Phillip Capital Management Ltd in Singapore and was a Senior Investment Manager with Soochow Securities Co Ltd in China. Louis was also an Associate Scientist with Institute for Infocomm Research under Agency for Science, Technology and Research of Singapore. Education: A Master of Engineering (Computer Engineering) degree and MBA from National University of Singapore, Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) from University of Science and Technology of China.
